Mark co-founded Albion Investors in 1995 and has worked in the investment industry for thirty years. Prior to 1995 he was a partner and COO, responsible for all fixed income investing at BEA Associates. He is a board member of Rimrock Corporation and North American Propane, Inc.

Mark graduated from London University with a first-class honors degree in mathematics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.>

Alastair Tedford

Alastair co-founded Albion Investors in 1995 and has twenty years experience in the investment and securities industries. Prior to 1995 he worked at Salomon Brothers, Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers where his focus was high-yield and emerging markets fixed income trading. He is currently a board member of Tanner Krolle Ltd. Alastair received an MA in law from University College, Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Charlie joined Albion Investors in 2000 and has nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate, investment banking and private investment industries. Prior to 2000 he worked at Continental Bank and Bank of America Securites in leveraged finance and middle-market banking. He is a board member of Associated Packaging Technologies, Wood Resources, AddisonMckee, and Shelter Logic.

Charlie received a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Basil Livanos

Basil joined Albion Investors 1996 and has 30 years of private investment experience. He is responsible for managing Albion’s fund of funds investment business. Prior to 1996 Basil had worked at the Equitable since 1976 where he was involved in all aspects of private debt and equity investing.

Basil received a B.S. in Banking and Finance and International Business and an MBA from New York University.

Steve Frey

Steve joined Albion Investors in 2007 and has over 25 years of investment banking and private equity experience. Prior to joining Albion, Steve was a Managing Director with Westham Capital Partners. Previously, he spent time at Societe Generale, JP Morgan and Winston Partners.

Mr. Frey received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School and his Bachelor of Arts degree also from the University of Virginia.

Jim joined Albion Investors 1996 and has 20 years of private investment experience. Prior to 1996 Jim worked at the Equitable since 1986 where he was involved in all aspects of private mezzanine and equity investing. He is a board member of IDC Services, Inc., and Hercules Fiber.

Jim received a BA from Rollins College and an MBA from Columbia University.

Aaron McClung

Aaron joined Albion Investors in 2007 and has 8 years of fundraising and private equity experience. Prior to joining Albion, Aaron was a Vice President with Westham Capital Partners. Aaron previously served as a senior officer with the University of Richmond’s Development Office raising funds for the University’s $200 million capital campaign.

Aaron graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.A. in Political Science and holds a M.B.A. from the University of Richmond.

Art joined Albion Investors in 1996 and has 40 years experience in the private investment industry. Art serves as Albion’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for fund administration, reporting and valuation.

Art received a BS in Accounting and Computer Science from Pace University.

Eugene joined Albion Investors in 2001 where he is responsible for fund administration and accounting. Prior to 2001 Eugene worked at Prudential Insurance Company as a portfolio analyst in the Global Asset Management Group.
